The way Flight Simulator-X controls traffic is more or less superficial. It may be sufficient for beginners, but once you get a shade more familiar with it, you'll probably notice soon that a lot of things are missing. Things like copilot support, holdings, missed approaches, departure and arrival procedures (SIDs/STARs)...

Flying online is better, but here you'll be on your own once there is no controller in charge for a certain frequency - and our experience is, that many frequencies are not supervised during a flight. There must be a better way...

PRO-ATC/X replaces Air Traffic Control in FSX in an impressive manner. The implemented Flight Planner is able to calculate a whole route simply by defining departure and destination airports while editing a calculated route is still possible. PRO-ATC/X is designed to control aircraft flying under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). So if you prefer "The Big Ones", you are for sure surfing on the right site.

I have bought this expensive crap. Don't loose your time with this shit. It's not a good ATC for FSX, the default one is far better.
Ok, SID and STARs are "working" but it's a predefined scenario.
The best ATC is VOXATC, and after Radar contact.
VOXATC is fareway the best, with UT2 aircrafts working with the ATC.

@eagle98 yes, VOXATC gives you a correct vector and altitude for ILS approche, and it tell you if it will be a ILS, FULL ILS, or visual, VOR-DME, etc...
Depending of the way you arrive at the airport it will be a vector or a STAR, like in real.
I don't use my microphone with VOXATC because i don't like to speak to a computer, but you could speak to the ATC or let the virtual copilote do the job.
PRO ATC is not PRO and not ATC.
For now VOXATC is 10000 X better than the others.
1 : real human for ATC
2 : VOXATC
3 : RADAR CONTACT
4 : Defaut FSX ATC
99 : PRO ATC

Maybe, i use both. For now i use VoxATC because the voices are better with this pack from NEO :
